A new kiosk welcomes visitors to the Acton Arboretum. As a board member of the Friends of the Arboretum, Holly D. Ben-Joseph, Landscape Architect provided professional design and construction help for the kiosk project. Breaking from a traditional trail-style design ~ single panel, straight layout kiosk ~ this design angles the overall structure and spaces the panels to provide views into the gardens. Information about trails, flora and fauna in the arboretum as well as info on other local events are posted and are changed on an as needed basis.
